Chuckleberries staff collectively has a wealth of experience in early year's education. They are friendly, welcoming and sensitive to caring for the individual needs of the children in our care.

Jo Kent

Is our Manager at Chuckleberries. She is passionate about children having fun, learning through play and ensuring they develop to their full potential. Jo achieves this by providing a wide variety of learning through play opportunities and experiences. Jo is qualified to Early Year Practitioner Status, graduating from Chichester University in July 2009.

Loves the sunshine and the travelling involved finding it!
Dislikes paperwork that takes her away from playing!

Nikki Duquenoy

Is our Deputy Manager at Chuckleberries and supports Jo in the day to day running of the setting. She helps to ensure a child's time at Chuckleberries is a safe and fun experience. Nikki is qualified to NVQ 3 in Childcare and Education and is currently studying for a foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies at Chichester University.

Emma Jackson

Emma first came to Chuckleberries when her son and daughter joined our setting. Emma then joined Chuckleberries as a parent helper, occasionally assisting when extra team were required. She has been a fully paid up member of the team for over two years now. Emma recently started her Level 3 Diploma in Child Care at Chichester University, which she looks forward to finishing.


Loves: Chinese food and anything involving horses
Dislikes: Snow and essays (though not in that order necessarily!)
